Nou Living offers free shipping nationwide across all states in the United States of America.

Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you have not received an order within the approximated time frame, please notify us by email at: support@nouliving.com

Please note: Nou Living is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. 

Please note, during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be packed and prepared.

Nou Living offers free shipping Australia wide.

Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days.

For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days (remote areas).

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you have not received an order within the approximated time frame, please notify us by email at: support@nouliving.com

If you are from a country other than the USA or Australia, please contact us at support@nouliving.com and one of our Customer Care Team members will be able to discuss the fastest and most cost efficient way to get our products to you.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

At Nou Living, we stand by our products and believe in our craftsmanship. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply email us at support@nouliving.com within 14 days and we will organise a hassle-free returns or exchange for you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the product and have inspected it to ensure it's unused and in a brand new condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note - Nou Living is not responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to us.
